I have video from different counties and the cities in the counties, I would like to know if this can be done in Vegas Pro 11. I want to make marker for each county and then in the county have markers for each city in each county.

Well no problem if you mean timeline division markers on VegasPro timeline containing sequential video. Like this you have video of County A that begins maybe in alpha city order with City A, then City B, etc. through City Z and then the next video is County B.

Please understand markers on the timeline are not hierarchical as you might do this kind of database tier in an Excel Spreadsheet. So Marker for County A is not a precedent for 'City A 'of County A - all markers are equal.
