Subject:Acid Pro 7 and soft synth refx Nexus 2 - failed

After installing, rebooting, and reinstalling the refx Nexus 2 soft synth, my Acid Pro 7 keeps putting it in the "failed" folder. I even try rescanning it and it still doesn't work.
(License USB Key is plugged in with license downloaded.)
Anyone have this issue before?
