Yes, it is possible.
Open Sound Forge.
Select File-Open, to open the first song you want in your mix.
Next, repeat File-Open, to open the second song.
When this song is open, reduce the window with the small square at the right top corner of that window (not the Sound Forge window).
Using your cursor, start at the left of the second song and drag towards the right, while holding down the left mouse button. Make sure the cursor touches both the top and bottom track. Go to the end of the song this way. When the song is selected, right-clic and select "copy".
Go back to the end of your first song (in your first window) and right-clic "paste".
Close the window of the second song.
Repeat for your next songs.
After that, it's a matter of cross-fades,etc...
If I forgot something, sorry, it's easier to do than write down as steps.

Later.

Sound Forge is essentially a mastering tool for audio, allowing you to record/edit stereo and/or mono files. While there may be some clever way to mix 2 files together, it is not designed for this purpose. What you need is a multi-tracking program such as Vegas or Acid. Sound Forge then becomes your preferred audio editor within these programs. Check your installation disk for Sound Forge - some come bundled with a lite version of these multi-tracking programs.

Edit->Copy file 1
Edit->Paste special->Mix into file 2
Keep using this technique until you have a file with all of the parts mixed together.

You'll have to experiment with the mix. It's a clunky way to work, it would be better to get Vegas.

Definitely Vegas is the way to go for that kind of mixing.
