Problem with motion tracking

I have a problem problem: The video doesn't move:

I click the Track Motion button on a track header for my selection video track.

I adjust the selection area the viewable area of the track and change its position and rotate it.

The outline shows that the video has been moved BUT in the preview the video does NOT move at all?

What am I doing wrong?

Highlight the "Position" bar/

I don't know what that means.

However it seems only the first track can have track motion? It works there, but not on another track apparently.

There are three bars at the bottom of the Track Motion window.
Click on the one named "Position." It will turn blue (that means "highlighted").

You can turn on Track Motion for any and all tracks you wish.
