Subject:SF10 - error with selected time value

When using the "+" button at the bottom left of the waveform display to
zoom in vertically, the selected time value (at the bottom right of the
waveform display) will suddenly change to the length of the entire
display, but ONLY when the vertical zoom is at its maximum setting.

In other words, if I select 1 second within a 5-second display, click on
the "+" button until I'm zoomed in on the vertical axis as much as
possible, and then zoom in on the horizontal axis (thereby changing my
5-second display to say 3 seconds), you will see the selected time range
change from 1 second to 3 seconds, even though the same 1 second is
selected in the waveform. Zooming in and out on the horizontal axis
will continue to change the selected time range based on the full length
of the display. If you zoom out completely on the horizontal, the
selected time range will equal the full length of the file, even though
you can clearly see that only one second is actually highlighted.

Clicking on the "-" button to zoom out vertically will correct the
problem. The selected time range will revert to the correct value of 1
second.

Strangely, if I use the other two methods for vertical zoom (Shift+Up
Arrow OR Ctrl+Mouse wheel up), the problem does not occur! It seems
isolated to the "+" button process of vertical zoom. And it seems to
occur regardless of build # and operating system, as we are experiencing
it with both 10.0c (build 491) and 10.0d (build 503) on Vista 32-bit and
Windows 7 64-bit systems.
