That may be because there are thousands of us users out here using the programs every day -- so we have a better understanding of how the program runs in the real world.

sure .. i just think that if i was a company i would actively participate in these forums as it provides invaluable input into your users and their experiences with your product. maybe they do but they keep themselves to themselves.

Well, I'm sure they do watch these forums. New features and improvements in the programs seem to indicate that.

But I don't think a full-time tech assigned to answer questions on these forums could give better responses than the experienced users do. As I said, users are using the program in the real world, and they may well better understand what does what than even someone on the program's production team.

I'm just sayin'.

I'm just agreein' , you being one of the prime examples of experienced "forum peers" whose support has helped us enormously on the forum.
