i dont know about the ua card but i use a vst wraper.
it essentialy turns the vst fx into dx.
still no automation.
is the ua card supposed to give you automation in the wrapper?

This card is the closest device that non PT users have to use great quality plugins without affecting the host power of your CPU. Not to mention that 1176's and LA-2A's are in most pro studios by default.

It takes up a PCI but can only be used with VST compatible systems. Until now I have never really been much of an advocate for SF being able to incorporate the VST platform. But this card would really increase the performance of my mixes.

vegas isnt a vst compatible program.
its my biigest problem with vegas really.
and a few midi tracks wouldn't hurt.......

The rumour is that you an use the UA card with the vsradapter 3.0 but only one effect at a time...its time we got VST
but it wont hurt if you and all others interested join me in writing to UA to code for DX

I spoke with them on the phone and for now they could care less about dx, but maybe if we all spoke together ?
