Subject:Acid Pro 7 click track record to new track?

I am using the metronome function of Acid and I need the click to actually be recorded to an audio track so that I can render the click track as a separate file. I see no way to route the metronome to the record input of a track. I don't want to have to hard-wire the audio output to the input just to do this. I have to be able to give my clients the click track file along with the audio wav files as individual tracks. Is this possible? |

For some odd reason the Sony applications refuse to record sounds that they generate. You'll have to connect to another program (Vegas, Sound Forge, even an older version of ACID you may still have installed) to record the click track. |

If you have any "One-shot" type of Loops, you could paint using the Paint Tool to create a pattern for a click track and then use the Paste Repeat (Ctrl +B) command. |
