Subject:Recording troubles please help

I can't get anything to play back. When I record I see the moniters move up and down when I play the keyboard but when I try and play it back I get nothing.
I'm using sound forge 5 and I have a dound blaster card. Any suggestions?

Goto the Help Menu>Trouble Shooting>Optimizing Sound Forge and read, you may find an answer to your problem in here. Also see "Setting up Wave Devices". All the answers are in the help menu, on first setting up Sound Forge so that it works properly and then you should read on "Optimizing" Sound Forge so it works best.
