Subject:serial numbers do not match ???

I bought VMS12suite that has SF and DVDA included. I removed all traces of my old VMS10 and installed the new software. Then I noticed that SF & DVDA did not ask for serial numbers, the software was registered online and works well.

However the serial numbers showing in the "about" menu option does not match the serials that I was sent in the email from Sony when I bought the software.

Can anyone shed some light on why ?

The product serial number and SF reg code are different. Don't be concerned as long as SF works okay, and your product serial numbers are correct (and registered) via the above headers: "My Account> My Software... should you need to re-install on a new OS drive or secondary PC.
Registration issues should be resolved through SCS's friendly customer service dept.
