Subject:acid project not rendering!

help! it doesnt get past 0 percent.

i tried re routing the buses but nothing.

i cant real time render cause my computer cant handle it.

its only on one project. how can i fix it!? its driving me crazy!

Hi Justin
A couple of things, you have your microsoft .net framework up to 3.0 or higher?
As well the required quicktime plugin?
I'm assuming your going to file - then render as - chosing a .wav?
Is your soundcard the default under options/preferences/audio device?
What version of OS are you running? xp, vista or Win 7 with any Service Packs?

once again, its only on one track! every other song is rendering.

Thats wonderful isn't it.
I can't say I haven't had problems with sony tag files in the past because I have. Usually mine have been a result of using the next version.
Have you tried saving the project as a new file, restart and see if the new tag will render for you?
I can't see why it wouldn't allow you to render the rest and not one.

i tried that late last night. i copied the project file and started removing vst effects, which did the trick. then i thought every thing was peachy and added a few more, and the problem returned!

I also had problems with my vst effect plugins recently until i uninstalled sp1 in win 7.
Basically a reformat of my computer and ap7 was up and running. Have you looked at a clean install of ap7 clearing out your regedit... Its under the knowledgebase.
