Why can't I get an Auth Code for Sound Forge 6.0? -Sound Forge - PC

Subject:Why can't I get an Auth Code for Sound Forge 6.0? Posted by: VideoPod Date:8/8/2012 10:11:55 AM Ok, What's going on? I had to replace my 10 year old computer and therefore needed to reload Sonic Foundry Sound Forge 6.0. I did that and tried to register on line. It was rejected. I logged in to my account and it shows me that I Own that Software so I'm IN the system. However They want me to pay 30.00 to talk to someone to get an Authorization Code. I followed the phone messages and tried to re-register my software as this is the only automated way to get my paid for product up and running. When I entered my Computer ID it said that the number I entered indicated I needed to purchase and UPGRADE to NEWER SOFTWARE FROM SONY! This is Not Right! The Sount Forge 6.0 worked just fine for what I needed it for and I paid for it so now why ami being locked out of my own paid for Product? Please email Murph@greenbayteaparty.org with an answer!
