Hello

Does anyone know, have to control a VST with a envelope ?
Example, if I want to control the speed in the LFO in a miditrack, I go to Configure Controllers and mark a controller and make it visible. But only sometimes the envelope is actually the speed of the LFO. Sometimes it react when I choose controller 114 and sometimes it wont, and sometimes it react with a different controller number.
What am I doing wrong ?
Please help

Greetings

Any VSTi or VST effect's automation is usually controlled via the Bus Tracks view. B is the keyboard shortcut.

(You can also enable automation by going into the soft synth properties or audio plug-in properties window and click the automation button in the upper right but be aware you can't control anything at the user interface level. You might be able to hear it but not see it until the Bus Tracks view is enabled.)

How it's controlled via hardware is all dependent on the VSTi/VST being used; some use default CC's that can be assigned to your liking.
