Script Errors when trying to access help for plug-ins -Sound Forge - PC

I have updated to 5.0e and the problem persists. Simply stated, I get an error message that states: "An error has occurred in the script on this page". Line: 315. Character: 6. Error: Library not registered. Code: 0. URL: mk:@MSITStore:C:\Program%20Files\Sonic%20Foundry\Help%20Files\SFPPACK1.chm::/Welcome.htm. Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?" When I click 'no', everything proceeds apparently normally and I am able to access the help menu and it doesn't crash my system or anything like that. But I don't get this message with any other programs and wondered what the problem is and how to fix it. sk
