Hi, I'm new to the forum, and wasn't sure where to post this. I have a NEX VG 20 (European version, so no 24p) and wanted to get away from interlaced video. Only problem is that with 25p (or 50p) I can no longer burn Blu-rays and would have to look at burning AVCHD 2.0 discs. I can't seem to find any information anywhere on players being updated via firmware to play these discs. Does anyone know where to look? I have a Sony BDP S 550, a 5000 ES, and an Oppo 93. Grateful for any advice.
