Created a small project with some loops from various Sony 8 packs and uploaded audio + video on youtube and received the following message:

" Your video may have content that is owned or licensed by *********, but it’s
still available on YouTube! In some cases, ads may appear next to it"

Q: if all sony acid users create projects with those same loops is there one user that can own or license?

Sony Creative's loops are royalty-free.

In short: Don't worry about it. That's just YouTube's legal-speak just in case someone posts a video with copyrighted content.
