Subject:Installing Acid Pro7 on new computer

Hello all,
I just got a new (Windows 7) machine. Should I install Acid Pro from the discs originally purchased, then download/install the latest update, or should I install straight from the latest update (using no discs)?

Also, does the answer to this question apply to most (or all) software?

Install from the download. Use the disc for the "goodies" and copy them to your hard drive.

. and yes, the same applies to all SCS software. Other software houses may work in different ways.
