I ordered the Acid Pro 7.0e download and it will not initialize and comes up with this error. I've read a lot about the error on line. I've tried it in safe mode - didn't work. I've tried it in compatibility mode - didn't work. I even purchased software to remove my registry errors. I have removed and re-installed it three times as well as removing all of the plug-ins on the computer. Still won't work. I've attempted to contact Sony via the support email, but I have received nothing (4 days). The telephone is a joke. Can't get through there either. Any ideas? Thanks. |

I found the solution on the net. Thanks for nothing Sony. If you have this problem, search for acidpro.plugincache.xml and delete it. Then start the program. All is well. Once again I would like to say thanks for nothing Sony. If I had not ordered the download, I would have returned it due to your lack of support. |
