Subject:A new pc with my licensed software

I just purchased a new pc from dell which i want to put my acid 3.0, soundforge 5.0 and vegas 2.0 on. I'm no longer going to be using this pc since it was my mothers anyway and i wanted my own to be dedicated to strictly music. The question I am asking is am i gonna have any problems with putting these softwares on my new pc with registration since they have been on a previous unit?

No, you won't have any problems since they were previously registered with Sonic Foundry. I had Acid Rock 2.0 on this PC. I purchased Pro 3.0, so I took my Rock 2.0 to work, and installed it on that computer. Sonic Foundry gave me a new activation code to match my work computer ID, and everything was fine.

To add to what MyST said, be sure, per your software agreement, that you are the only one using the software on any given PC that ACID's installed on (e.g., 2 people shouldn't be using the software at the same time on 2 PC's). If you don't plan on using that PC anymore, then uninstall ACID on that PC.
