Subject:Fade-in occurs when i play .acd file (and i dont want it too!)

I just opened my .acd project to work on it some more, and for some reason, wherever i place the cursor and play it, the preview "fades in" the volume (from quiet to loud). Why does it do this? It didnt do it last time, and i didnt change the preferences or anything like that. Any ideas?!?
