Subject:Win2k problem!!

I was wondering if anyone has or had an issue with win2k and SF 5.0 encoding mp3 files? It seem that when I crop a file and save as an mp3, the
program adds space at the front and end of the file so when I reopen the file, it has dead space in it.

I didn't have this problem in win98 SE.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
