Subject:Tutorial Files

Looking at some of the tutorial videos concerning Sound Forge it is obvious that Gary is using example files to work with. It would be nice to follow along with these tutorials using the same files as he is.
Are these files supplied with the downloaded product or located in the installation folder somewhere as I can't find them? Thanks.
