im trying to change tempo on a sample but nothing happens.Im going in special tab and edit tempo.what am i doing wrong?Thanks.

Just curious, but are you trying to change the ACID properties so that the tempo will be different when you use the sound file in ACID? Or are you expecting the tempo to change while you listen to the file in Sound Forge? The "edit temp" function only changes the ACID properties. If you want to change the file then use Process/Time Stretch.

Both.When i save the file with the new tempo and play it in a different Daw or even Acid there is no change in tempo.Whats happening?
