Subject:same sound different bpm

i know nothing in sound forge so can u answer me this: is it possible in sound forge to reacidize a loop to a different bpm? and i dont mean time streching! for example: i have a flute loop at 60 bpm and a beat loop at 160 bpm. can i reacidize the flute loop so it'll be at 160 bpm but still keep the original sound as if it's playing at 60 bpm?
