I'm getting the following error (repeatable) in SF 5 XP latest rev: "An Undo error has occured. Check your current Temporary Storage disk space to see if it may be full." This occurs if I open a standard WAV file 16bit 44k. I then run normalize on it. Then I select undo and about 80% into the undo I get this message. System vitals: Windows 2000 SP2 AMD 1.2 512mb memory 40gb disk (26 gb) free Nvidia Geforce 2 MX 200 I have my SF temp directory set to "c:\temp" Any thoughts? Thanks. -CB |

Something to try... Create a new temp directory (C:\Sonic Foundry Temp) or something like that and then set the temp directory in SF to point to that directory. I did this and have no problems. Also make certain that you have Admin rights, and that the file is no bigger than 2 GB (a limit of Windows, rather than SF). HTH. G |

Thanks for attempt to help. I changed back to the origianl "Windows" temp directory. I am the only user on this PC and have full admin priveledges. No change, still get error So far I believe this to be a bug with SF 5 XP? -CB |
