I've seen not only good performance but also better fidelity, especially with percussion One-Shots. I could never play a project with drum One-Shots slower than around 100 BPM or so with ACID Pro 2 (the kicks especially were clicking at around that BPM), but ACID Pro 3 does it in spades. Iacobus |

I can't complain except that I would save a file as a acd-project file with embedded audio and not the acd-zip feature. I did this and for some reoson I wasn't ever able to open my song file the first time through without at least one track that had a loud distortion in it. You could even see it in the painted areas. Otherwise I'm having alot of fun. I told tech support this a week or so ago so they're probably doing a fix of this now. There should be an update soon I'd guess. I really need to upgrade my cpu though...video scoring would be more fun with one of those new athlon XP processors. Plus the rendering wouldn't kill as much. Later. |
