I assume you mean scrolling during playback? You've checked, "Scroll Playback" in the options menu (or hitting F6)? You might also want, "Scroll Smoothly," (or Shift+F6) checked. Rob. |

I'm quit disappointed in Sony's lack of tech support. I submitted an email ticket for this issue. I did not get a response for several days. I then called customer service and voiced my disappointment. The customer service rep assigned my case to a Tech support person. The next thing i new the case was closed, though not resolved. I tried to update the case and now it says the case is waiting on the customer. We are in a recession and people need jobs please consider hiring more tech support staff. Additionally I have paid for upgrades to this product on two different occasions and honestly do not see the features i have gained. I think having to pay for tech support is absurd in this instance |

I assume you have waited until playback cursor reaches the far RHS - it gets to there before scrolling starts and settles back to the centre. Yes, Tecch Support should have been better - suggest lodge again, quoting original incident number and pointing out how it was closed without fixing. geoff Message last edited on3/18/2012 2:41:39 PM byGeoff_Wood. |

You can press the \ key to center the cursor in the middle of the screen, and the added benefit is that it will start scrolling immediately ... assuming scrolling works, of course. While we're on the \ topic, try just holding the \ key down and see if that makes it sorta scroll. |
