If I open upa recorded file in SoundForge, adjust the starting and ending positions of the clip and then save the file when I repaint the clip in Acid it isn't accurate. The result bares no relationship to the regions list in SoundForge. Is this a bug or do I need a different approach? Thanks, Kit |

Changes are reflected whenever I do it. I have to basically delete the original event and re-draw/paint it though if I want the length to be reflected or else it assumes the original length of the take. Iacobus |

Yes, I've tried repainting the track but too often the beginning is chopped off and pushed to the end in Acid. Are you using Windows 7 64 bit? The takes are so inaccurate they are useless. Kit |

I haven't had that happen. Sounds very weird. Whenever I go back to ACID after editing the length (and saving) in Sound Forge, it simply redraws with the new waveform while keeping the original length of the original waveform pre-edit. (The waveform also starts with the event.) Using Vista 64-bit here. Are you using Sound Forge Pro 10? |

Yes, I'm using Sound Forge version 10.0c (build 491). Could that be the source of the problem? |

I'm using the very same version/build of Sound Forge Pro; it can't be that because I would have the same issue if that were the case. Have you updated your video card's drivers? (NVIDIA posted new drivers a couple of weeks ago for the GeForce line of cards.) |
