Translate RealAudio to WindowsPlayer -Sound Forge - PC

I bought Sound Forge to accomplish one thing: Translate RealAudio streaming files to Windows Media files. The only way I can open an .rm file is by using the "Raw" format. When I "save as" to a .wma file, it becomes a shortened file of noise. I can't find any specific directions in the manual for this process -- but maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. Any suggestions?
