Subject:Whats with the echo???

I'm recording long accoustic guitar parts on sound forge XP 4.5 and when I play them back there is reverb or echo there. The original signal has no effects, and I didn't use any effects on forge, so why do I keep getting this reverb/echo? thanks!

It is possible that you need to update your sound card drivers. Driver updates can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website.
