They are completely different companies with no relation other than the first 4 letters of their name. - This is an end-user peer forum. It's unlikely that anyone from Sony will read your post here, or if they do they're not in sales. Have you tried calling the sales support line and asking there? They have a toll free number.

However we don't store your credit card during the shopping process, and because you had already entered your credit card number before the server switched, we had to ask you to enter the information again. But the little window just disappearing and back to square one made me nervous. I will check the statements a little more closely anyway over the next few weeks cause I have OCD like that.
