OK:
1] 1440x1080i Project AND media. All matched.
2] Insert 45 seconds of Text. And the use the Placement Tab in the SONY Text to achieve Vertical Scrolling.
3] Burn to DVD of that section, remove DVD RW and place in my Test DVD FTB and through SCART connection to my LCD LG screen it flows as it should.
4] Take this to my SONY HDMI "out" FTB or play in my PC DVD player and I get momentary judders.
What have I tried:
A] Rendered out to MXF and Burnt DVD from T/L. Same results.
B] Rendered Uncompressed, and use this back on T/L to Burn to DVD. Same results.
C] I have singled out this text Event and repeated the above in a NEW instance of VP10. Same results.
D] Slowed down scroll, from 41 seconds to 74seconds. Same results, actually even worse.
Observations:
* Horizontal scrolls are perfect.
* BIG Font size WORDS in another Event are perfect. I have 2 font sizes in this Vertical scroll: 20 and 28.
I'm nearly at the point of replacing with single 10 x static text sections and forget the vertical scroll altogether.
TIA
Cheers
