Losing markers when rendering mpg2 in PA2.0

I seem to be losing my markers when rendering an mpg2 through the PA2.0. Yes, I do click the box indicating to keep markers. When I render the project via the normal Vegas 11 rendering mode, the markers show up in my mpg2. I am using the same template in PA2.0 as in the normal vegas 11 render mode. Anybody else seeing this issue -- perhaps I'm just doing something wrong.

I confirm this issue when I read the resulting mpg2 file into DVD Architect.

Thanks.

I cannot reproduce this problem.

I created a project with markers and rendered it using the NTSC DV Widescreen with AC3 Audio template which includes markers and I got a .mpg file and .mpg.sfl file (the .sfl file contains the markers). When I loaded the .mpg file into DVD Architect the markers showed up.

Did you get the .mpg.sfl file? Did you move the .mpg file without moving the .slf file? (that would explain why the markers are missing)

This is with Vegas Pro Production Assistant 2.0.8.

Thanks JR.

I often "clean-up" these meta files on my directories to remove what I consider "clutter". When I re-rendered using PA2.0, the *.sfl file was created and the markers came right into DVD Architect. I guess I will leave the *.sfl files hanging around...

Thanks for the tip and the education -- been using Vegas for 7+ years and always learn new things.
