Subject:Locking 2 different tempos into 1 tempo "acid pro

I use Acid Pro 7 and would like to know how is the best way to lock 2 tempos as 1 tempo.

ex. Beat 1 has 85 bpm and Beat 2 has 110 bpm. How to bring them in to 85 bpm?
