air condition tutorials? Computer noise too! -Sound Forge - PC

I tried to get into the tutorials that come with the SF Cd. But there is is nothing in them for me to read. In these tutorials it comes with a wav file for you to edit, for example, when you play one wav file it says"The air conditioner must be turned off" But the SF tutorial is empty. Can someone shed some light on where I can open these files or if this is not possible, then give some info on how to take out AC noise, computer noise? Thanks
