EULA notice on VMS11

Hi Guys.
I've recently upgraded to VMS HD Plat 11 and every time I launch it I get the EULA notice and the prompts to accept or reject. I keep ticking Accept but it persists in showing up the next time I launch it. Any ideas? I haven't seen this reported on the forum so maybe it's something I should do that I haven't.

I forgot to mention. The EULA notice has only started to be a pain since upgrading to build 256.

Well I just upgraded to 256 and I'm not seeing it (fingers cross!)

Run running it once in admin mode see if that helps.

Are you running as administrator?
Do you have Norton, McAfee, or another anitvirus running?

I had the same issue with the initial build (220?). No matter what I did install/uninstall (as an admin or not), cleaned registry etc... nothing worked. I skipped the 2nd build. The third build (currently available for download as a free update - 256), I had it upon the first install, but then my help disappeared. I uninstalled it and then immediately re-installed it.To my surprise, not only did my Help come back (that part I knew thanks to the forum and wasn't a surprise), but the EULA window also went away.

Hopefully the same works for you.

I am on Vista 32/C2D 2.66 GHz with a GT240 video card.

had the same problem. hated it. i just went to C:\Program Files\Sony\Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11.0\ and deleted the eula file (a 47.3 kb file) and voila!!! no more eula screen

Thanks felipito. Used your method as I didn't want to try uninstalling and reinstalling again. Worked as you said it would.

Thanks to all for responding to my query.

Worked perfectly for me this morning too, brilliant, thank you.

SPECS:
I'm running Movie Studio HD Platinum v. 11.0 Build 256 on Win 7 x64. Note: I deleted the EULA file, not the .dll, which was much larger.
