Can Vegas export single frames?

How can I grab a still from Vegas Video 2? Brand new to the program and while already I much prefer its interface to Premiere, I can't figure out how to do this, and I haven't seen a reference to it in the manual.

You can do this by clicking on the copy snapshot button in the upper right hand corner of the video preview window. Doing this will copy the file onto the Windows clipboard. You would then want to open up an image editing application like Paint or Photoshop and paste the image into there.
