Hello,

are there any plans to support ACID on Mac OS? I "migrated" from my Windows environment to Mac and I miss ACID and Vegas terribly. While one could argue that Final Cut Pro is a similar software to Vegas, there is no comparable software like ACID on Mac OS. I think ACID for Mac OS would be a huge success. Any plans for an ACID Mac OS Version?

No, but no reason you can't run Windows on your inflated-price PC.

This is definitely a case for considering what you want to run first, then choosing a computer/OS that allows that to run.

I know too many people who switched to the glitz of the Mac, only to find out that most of what they wanted to do wasn't available. Doesn't seem so glitzy anymore.

Actually I have most everything I need on my Mac that I could do on my ancient Winbox. I never really made my own loops in Acid but used it as a loop player. That was until I found out most any daw can play loops no problem. Never used Acid as a daw either - there's way better software out there to do that (Digital Performer on a Mac, for instance, not to mention ProTools).

Between Bias Peak Pro and Izotope rx2 my audio editing and restoration needs are meant.

PS: and why would I want to run what is possibly the world's worst os (Windoze) on a Mac?
