How do I record audio from my computer into acid 6.0

Depends on the exact scenario you are trying to do. If your audio interface has a recording 'what you hear" type function, use that to channel the PC audio to Acid. Else you will need something like Virtual Audio Cable to loop the PC audio back as an input device.
