Subject:tranferring plug in chainer saved sfx files

Can you transfer and load saved audio plug in chainer sfx files from one computer with sound forge to another computer with sound forge? I copied my sfx files into the presets folder but they didn't show up in the plug in chainer.

Are you using the separate "Preset Manager" app.? All the plug-ins must be installed on both PCs. PM does not transfer the plug-ins themselves, DX or VST.
