Subject:SF with Sonar X!

Hi,
I have alwayes used Sound Forge with Sonar. I have upgraded my computer to Windows 7/64 and Sonar X1/64. I can no longer select a clip in Sonar and take it into Sound Forge as before. Sound Forge shows up in my Utilities menu but does not work. Is it working for anyone else?

You have to do it manually by modifying the registry. See this thread http://forum.cakewalk.com/tm.aspx?m=2235542

Sergio...I have tried modifying the registry as in the link you noted. It still does not work. Can you give me your Exe path? Are you using Windows 7/64 and Sonar X1/64? The tweak seemed to work up to Sonar 8.5 but does not work with X1.

Just thought I would report back that I finally got Sound Forge 10 to work with Sonar X1/64. Here is the ExePath that did it.

ExePath C:\Program Files(x86)\Sony\SoundForge Pro 10.0\Forge100.exe
MenuText Sound Forge Pro&10
SatusBar Text Run Sound Forge Pro 10 Audio Editor
Type WaveEditor
