Hello, I am using the NI Twang Combo for some guitar tracks. If I assign the NI fx to each track I can pan. However, if I route them to a bus with the NI fx the pan control does not have any effect. Is there a setting I'm missing? |

The pan control on the track or the bus? Are you - routing the track directly to the Bus with the NI FX? or - "sending" from the track to the Bus with NI FX? Peter Peter |

I am sending multipule dry guitar tracks to one bus that has the NI effects & reverb. So, the pan control on the track has no effect on the mix. Is that normal? I still have pan control on other tracks that are sent to other busses. I have a work around of sending each track with the fx (where I have pan control). I just trying to save as much CPU as possible. |

To be clear, your are sending from a track, not routing. If so, right click on the tracks' send fader and select link pan. Peter |

Sorry, I may be confused. I am routing the guitar tracks to a Bus with the NI fx, so all I see on the track is the usual pan and volume. I am doing the same with my vocal tracks - routing to a Bus with fx. For these i can still pan the indivdual tracks and keep the Bus centered. This makes me beleive it's a NI output that is not set right. By the way , has anyone else had problems with the NI Guitar freezing the system? Hey Peter, Wondering if you can help me this this again. I am routing dry guitar tracks to a bus with Amplitude fx (so I only have one instance of Amplitude running). When the VST is activated on the bus, I loose pan control on the individual dry tracks. Can you figure out what is wrong? Thanks, Geoff |

Disreguard. If I have Amplitude take a stereo input, the track pan control works. Not sure if the NI plug in has that option. |
