Subject:Downloadable content for Acid Music Studio 8.0

Ok so I just bought Acid Music Studio 8.0. When you buy it it gives you like 5 music packs that you can download plus the extra one for buying. I have tried many times to get these to download, and still they will not work. I don't know what is wrong, or what I'm doing wrong. I still haven't been able to work with the program because I can't even get the dang music that comes with it. It frustrating!
