I just subscribed yesterday to Vimeo Pro. I have so far just made one portfolio, which is not finished yet, but you can get an idea of what you can do inside if you want to take a look:

You can make custom backgrounds, chose different fonts, color and size for text, chose the layout of the page from several premade designs etc.
You can also customize the player whether viewers should be able to retrieve the embedded code, and from which domains it is allowed to view the videos and lots of other settings.
I have not been arround the whole thing yet, but so far for me it is very well worth the $199 per year.
If anybody have any specific questions, I will be happy to try and find out from inside my account. :)
