Subject:Acid will not communicate with my midi controller

I've sent many emails to tech support and after doing everything they say...
the problem still exists.
Acid will not communicate with my midi controller.
All other midi programs work with my controller flawlessly.
It is clearly an issue with Acid.
How can I get some REAL help?
I've been trying for THREE MONTHS. Aggravating? Yes.

Please describe how you have your MIDI connected.

What MIDI input and output devices do you have enabled in ACID?

Describe your workflow that shows you are not able to communicate with the external MIDI hardware.
