Subject:CD Burning To Play On CD Player

I have followed the tutorial instructions on how to burn sound to a CD disk with negative results. When attempting to play on cd player, I hear nothing. Have I missed something in the tutorial? I've never tried burning with Sound Forge. However, is there a "finalize" or "close" disc step at the end that you might be missing? A lot of audio CD players won't recognize an unfinalized disc. |

SF 10 burns DAO, so finalizing the disc is a given. It's part of the process. Maybe your player doesn't like the media being used? |

It can burn DAO, but it can burn TAO as well. That might be what is being used in this case. |

SF10 does both DAO and TAO, so OP , do ensure you are finalising a TAO disc on the last item burned, or preferably burn DAO. geoff |
