I've rcvd mixed info from customer service; should this be overinstalled (as a patch) or as a clean install? Thanks. |

Hello, It depends, Sometimes it works fine installing over top of the existing program, but if you have problems, then a clean install will most of the time fix the problems. See ya, Rockit |

Rockitglider, Thanks for the reply. Sounds like I take my chances. I hope an SF person will chime in on this as well. k |

It's no big thing, it doesn't change your settings or anything like that. I did the patch method. See ya, Rockit |

Ok, now I can't use 'Edit in Sound Forge'. Oddly this only happens with some files I downloaded fromn 'Get Media'(Spanishguitar). Other files seem to work so far. When I try it launches my SoundForge5dXP, but I just get an upgrade promo. Any ideas as to what's causing this? |
