Subject:No horizontal scroll bar

I have ACID Pro 7e installed on a desktop and a netbook (ASUS Eee PC). On the netbook, there is no horizontal scroll bar, just a black space above the transport bar. I can zoom with the scroll wheel, but there is no bar or +/- icons. I reinstalled the program (from the disc), but it's still blank where the bar should be.
What am I doing wrong?

Almost sounds like a video driver issue where the video is not drawing the graphic correctly? Any way you can try updating drivers if available?

Problem solved:
The problem was solved by unchecking "Support XP Theme" in the General tab under preferences.
