This is something new: Every time I access Help from F1 or the Help menu I get a crash: "Windows - No Disk : Exception Processing Message c0000012 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75bc6bf7c 75b6bf7c" I've used Acid Pro 5, 6 and 7 for years and years and rarely experienced crashes. Now it's every time. Same machine I've been using for 3 years now, with no configuration changes. Could it have something to do with having the latest browsers installed? |

Corruption issue maybe? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling ACID? I have the latest versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer installed and don't have any problems with the online help. Iacobus |

As you have probably noticed that almost all the time the people that answer you their mo is "i dont have that problem"I think some of these folks are so far advanced at this that they cant relate.Sometimes it's better to call Sony they've been very nice and very helpful, humble too.But like the guy said and I do it every so often when I start getting bugs is I install the program again.Sometimes it's very temperamental.Marc |

i had something very similar happen on my machine but i didn't think it was something common... I have acid 6 and 7 both installed on my windows 7 machine.. To get acid 6 working better under windows 7 i installed the old Help File reader that was used in XP (this service was discontinued under windows 7)... I thought this was the root cause of the my Acid 7 freeking out when i went to help the help file... I just went and downloaded the acid 7 manual off the sony site and stayed away from help! lol Best Of Luck |
