Hello,
I was wondering how I can copy my saved FX chains from one computer to another. I can't seem to locate any info here or on the internet.

We provide a preset utility. It is availble in our free downloads area, under utilities.

Ok so I downloaded the software and installed. It automatically found my presets on my old computer. I did the transfer & saved them to a thumb drive. I then proceeded to copy the file to my desktop of my new computer, which Preset Manager is installed on also. However, when I do I get the follow error message.

"NFM_preset..sfrpreset is not in a supported format, or contains an unrecoverable error"

I have tried renaming, leaving it to the default "Untitled", re-saving all my presets within Acid Pro, and nothing.
